Chelsea is the engine behind OpSuite’s operations and a driving force in client growth, team development, and business-building strategy. As Director of Operations & Sales, she wears many hats, leading internal departments, building systems that scale, and championing high-performance accountability across the team.

With nearly a decade of experience in Operations Management, Transaction Coordination, and Real Estate Growth Strategy, Chelsea has helped hundreds of agents and entrepreneurs optimize workflows, streamline systems, and unlock new levels of efficiency. She has a unique talent for turning chaos into clarity—whether she's overhauling tech stacks, managing hiring pipelines, or coaching team members into stronger leadership roles.

A former licensed Realtor® with expertise in Residential and Commercial Transactions, Chelsea has led operational transitions for 500+ agents across top-performing real estate teams. She brings deep experience in onboarding, CRM integration, workflow creation, and recruiting, making her a powerhouse resource for both clients and staff.

Beyond her operational brilliance, Chelsea is a Certified RYT-200hr Baptiste Yoga Instructor, blending systems thinking with holistic business wellness. A mom of two, she leads with intention - helping business owners scale smarter, grow sustainably, and reclaim their time without losing their balance.
