Rachel is the strategic mind behind OpSuite’s Listing Department, bringing structure, harmony, and systems to what can often be a chaotic process. As the Director of Listing Management, she works behind the scenes to optimize workflows, refine processes, and ensure our team is fully equipped to deliver top-tier listing experiences across the board.

Known as our calendar-loving, systems-obsessed queen, Rachel helps turn chaos into clarity, ensuring that each listing runs like a well-oiled machine. While Ashley handles the day-to-day communication with clients, Rachel is the architect building the infrastructure to make everything work better for everyone involved.

Rachel brings a unique perspective to her role, having worked extensively as a realtor herself. She understands firsthand how crucial it is for agents and clients to experience a seamless transaction from listing to close. Her comprehensive knowledge of the real estate process and unwavering attention to detail allows her to create a smooth, organized, and empowering experience for agents.

She’s also known for her personable, relatable approach, consistently working side by side with solutions-driven professionals to deliver outstanding service. A master multitasker and working mom, Rachel thrives under pressure and is a natural at finding practical, effective solutions that keep everything moving forward.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and their three dogs. She’s a fan of sunflowers, peaceful beach sunrises, and finding joy in the small, meaningful moments that make life beautiful.
