OpSuite Affiliate Program

Where Real Estate Agents Become CEO-Level Operators

Know an agent who's drowning in admin? Send them to OpSuite and get paid for it. You don't need to be a client to join. Agents, team leaders, lenders, title partners, coaches, and creators are all welcome.

How it works

  1. Apply below. We review every application personally.

  2. Once you're approved, you get your own referral code.

  3. Your referral enters your code when they book their call or fill out their OpSuite onboarding form.

  4. You earn 5% of everything they pay OpSuite in their first 6 months.

The details

  • Your 6 months start on your referral's first paid invoice.

  • Payouts go out monthly, on payments that have cleared.

  • Current OpSuite clients can take their payout as cash or as a credit on their invoice.

  • Pass-through marketing costs don't count toward your 5%.

Program Terms

  1. Approval. OpSuite reviews every application and may approve or decline any applicant.

  2. Qualifying referrals. A referral counts when a new client, who isn't already working with OpSuite, enters your code when they book their call or on their onboarding form. Each client can be credited to only one affiliate.

  3. Commission. You earn 5% of what your referral pays OpSuite during their first 6 months, starting from their first paid invoice. Only cleared payments count. Pass-through marketing costs, refunds, and chargebacks don't count.

  4. Payouts. Payouts are sent monthly through Gusto contractor payments for payments that cleared the month before. Current OpSuite clients may choose an invoice credit instead. If a payment is refunded after you've been paid, the commission comes off a future payout.

  5. Professional referrals only. This program pays for introducing real estate professionals and businesses to OpSuite. It never pays for referring homebuyers, sellers, or any settlement service business. You're responsible for following RESPA, your state's license laws, and your brokerage's policies.

  6. Disclosure. When you share OpSuite, you must say that you earn a commission.

  7. Honest promotion. No spam, and no misleading claims about OpSuite's services or pricing.

  8. Taxes and contractor setup. Affiliates are independent contractors, not OpSuite employees, and are responsible for their own taxes. Before you receive any payout, you must complete OpSuite's contractor form in Gusto, including your W-9. OpSuite will issue tax forms when required.

  9. Changes. OpSuite may update or end the program at any time. Commissions you've already earned will still be paid. Anyone who breaks these terms may be removed from the program and lose any unpaid commission tied to the violation.
