We stay in touch with title, the lender, the other agent and your clients, keep every document signed and every deadline on track, and keep your brokerage file compliance-ready. You don't have to chase anyone. You get to step away from the file and go get more business.

We're OpSuite, a Jacksonville-based real estate back office, and we become a true extension of your team.

Why agents choose OpSuite

There are cheaper ways to get a file pushed through. We're built for agents who want it handled the way they would, without the hours.

  • A dedicated coordinator, not whoever's in today. Your TC knows your clients and how you like things done.
  • Proactive, not reactive. In the group chat, our goal is to answer before you do. As we like to say: ask Lydia one question and she's already answered the next three. Lydia, our Director of Transaction Management, brings years of mortgage industry experience.
  • Built to protect your reputation and your referrals. We ask for the review, capture referral details and make it the smoothest transaction your client has ever had.
  • Fully transparent. Ask, and we'll share every task we complete and every touch point with the parties.
  • We're part of your team. Put your transaction coordinator on your website as a member of your team. We welcome it.
  • More than a TC. Listing management, done-for-you marketing, hiring support and coaching, all under one roof.
  • Proven track record. 100+ agents and teams served and $688M+ in closed volume.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a transaction coordinator cost in Florida? Prices vary by company and by what's included. At OpSuite, full contract-to-close coordination is $549 per transaction for new clients, with 15% off when you represent both sides. You pay nothing if the deal doesn't close.

Do I pay if my transaction falls through? No. If you don't get paid, we don't get paid.

What does a real estate transaction coordinator do? A transaction coordinator manages the contract-to-close process: tracking deadlines, collecting and organizing documents, communicating with clients, the lender, title and the other agent, and keeping everyone on track to closing. That frees you to focus on finding new business.

Is a transaction coordinator the same as a real estate assistant? No. A TC owns the transaction from contract to close. An assistant supports you more broadly with your calendar, email, showings and marketing. Many agents use both.

Who will actually handle my transactions? A dedicated transaction coordinator from our experienced Florida transaction team, led by Lydia Smith, our Director of Transaction Management. Every file runs on our standard task template plus your own custom checklist, and we're happy to share every task and touch point.

Do you offer transaction coordination outside Jacksonville? Yes. We're based in Jacksonville and serve agents across Northeast Florida, including Duval, St. Johns, Clay and Nassau counties, and agents anywhere in Florida. Transaction coordination is Florida only.

Will you talk to my clients directly? Only the way you want us to. During onboarding we decide together whether we text your clients directly and whether you introduce us first.

Can I list my transaction coordinator on my website as part of my team? Absolutely, and we welcome it. We're part of your team, and we're happy for your clients to know it.

Can you write my offers too? Yes. We draft offers during normal working hours for $75 per offer, all addenda included, with a 2-hour turnaround.

Do you work with real estate teams? Yes. We work with all production levels, from individual agents to large teams, and each agent gets a dedicated transaction coordinator.

What are your hours? Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern, excluding federal holidays. Calls and emails after hours are returned the next business day.

How do I get started with OpSuite? Book a free discovery call. If we're a great fit, we onboard you, match you with your coordinator, and you send us your first executed contract through our website.
